PROCESSING TIMES:

General processing time before shipping your order is 1-2 business days.
Embroidery: up to 2 weeks
Foil Lettering (on Robes, Jackets, Boxer Shorts): up to 5 days
Cufflinks: up to 2 weeks
Bridal Party Sunglasses (custom orders): up to 2 weeks
Personalised timber boxes: up to 4 weeks

Peak times and unusual circumstances may delay this occasionally, please keep an eye on the announcements at the top of the home page for longer processing times during peak season.

SHIPPING:

When you reach the shipping page at checkout you will be notified of the transit times. EG: 2 business day =  processing times mentioned above + 2 business day in transit

Please take processing times into account when ordering.

NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS:

Due to customs restrictions we cannot ship wood, flowers or consumables (food & drink) internationally. 

If you order a gift box the wood wool stuffing will be replaced with shredded tissue fill.
