WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship Australia and NZ wide with a range of different shipping and courier options that you can select at the checkout to suit your budget and timeline 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE MY ORDER?

Most standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders requiring embroidery, personalised cufflinks or personalised sunglasses require 2-3 weeks processing time

 

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?

Due to our hampers containing Alcohol you need to be 18+years to legally receive your order therefore a signature is always required.

Other factors such a theft is on the rise with packages being stolen from doorsteps therefore most items will require a signature. Smaller items such as greeting cards and 1-2 candles may be left on your doorstep. This decision is at Bridesmaid Boxes' discretion.

I LIVE RURAL, HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Please be aware that NT, North QLD and WA can be in transit for up to 10 working days.

 

MY ORDER IS URGENT, CAN YOU POST IT QUICKER?

If you require your order by a certain date please advise at check out or email info@bridesmaidboxes.com.au, additional postage charges may occur to ensure you receive your order in the time you require. If Bridesmaid Boxes is unable to meet your deadline we will offer a full refund.

 

YES, WE CAN SEND DIRECTLY TO RECIPIENT

If you wish to send to a different address please change the shipping address at checkout. Bridesmaid Boxes is also happy to write in any cards you purchase. Just write comments when prompted or leave a note at checkout.

BABY, ITS HOT OUT THERE!

During the summer months candle orders may be delayed to avoid the hotter days. You will be advised by email if your order has been delayed due to this.

 

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes of course, If you live locally to Quakers Hill, NSW and wish to collect your order instead, please use select the Pick Up under delivery method. You will be advised when your order is ready for collection.

 

DO YOU HAVE A STORE?

No, this is a home studio based business, but as above you are still able to make a time for order collection.

 

INTERNATIONAL

International postage can be arranged upon request, although there are limitations such as wood, alcohol & food. Please email to discuss further.
